MoreFormer Quebec Bulldogs star, Joe Malone, made a statement in his debut. Playing his first game with the Canadiens, he finished the night with six points, including five goals, propelling the visiting team to a 7-4 victory. To this day, Malone remains one of only three NHL players to record a hat trick in his team’s inaugural game.
