Hailing from Timmins, Ontario, right-winger Billy Cameron signed a contract with the Canadiens on Dec. 21, 1923. He played 20 regular-season games with the Habs during their 1923-24 campaign, as well as another two during the playoffs to help the team win their second Stanley Cup. Cameron signed a contract with the New York Americans on Nov. 1, 1925, playing his last season in the NHL in 1925-26.
