Born in Shawinigan, QC, goaltender Claude Pronovost was loaned to Boston from Montreal on Jan. 14, 1956, for a game the Bruins won 2-0. In 1958-59 he took part in two games with the Habs during which he allowed seven goals and registered one loss. The Canadiens sold his rights to Chicago on Sept. 3, 1959.
