Born in Toronto, Ontario, center Corey Locke was selected by Montreal in the fourth round; 113th overall, at the 2003 NHL Entry Draft. He played his only game with the Canadiens on January 8, 2008 against the Blackhawks at the Bell Centre, scoring no points and logging 5:59 of ice time. The Habs traded him to Minnesota in exchange for Shawn Belle on July 11, 2008. He would also go on to play for the New York Rangers and the Ottawa Senators before retiring from the NHL in 2011.
