Originally from Medecine Hat, Alberta, center Edward Dorohoy played 16 games with the Canadiens during their 1948-49 campaign. He did not record any points during his only stint in the NHL and was assessed six penalty minutes. The Habs sold his rights to the Western Hockey League’s Victoria Cougars in August of 1955.
