Originally from Montreal, Quebec, Jean-Noël Picard made his NHL debut with the Canadiens during their 1964-65 campaign, playing 19 games over the course of which he recorded eight assists and also helped the team win the Stanley Cup. He was picked up by the Blues as part of the NHL expansion draft on Jun. 6, 1967, and went on to take part in the All-Star game during the 1968-69 season. Jean-Noël Picard finished his NHL career as a member of the Atlanta Flames in 1972-73.
