Born in Montreal, center Patrick Séguin signed a contract with the National Hockey Association’s Montreal Canadiens on Feb. 16, 1910. He played two games with the Habs during their 1909-10 campaign, scoring one goal while also being assessed 12 minutes of penalty time. The Canadiens sold his rights to Montreal Hockey League’s Montreal Nationals on Jan. 30, 1912.
