Hailing from Toronto, Ontario, Sidney McNabney came to the Canadiens on loan from the AHL’s Buffalo Bisons on Mar. 26, 1951. He played five games with the Habs during the 1951 playoffs, recording one assist and two penalty minutes. Following his short stint with the Canadiens, McNabney continued his career in the Minors.
