Hailing from Saint-Boniface, Manitoba, right-winger Gérald Brisson came to the Canadiens on loan from the Western Hockey League’s Spokane Comets on Feb. 13, 1963. In his only stint in the NHL, he played four games with the Habs, recording two assists and four penalty minutes. Brisson was traded to the WHL’s San Francisco club on Oct. 22, 1965 in exchange for Len Haley.
